The development
Kidbrooke Village is a haven of 86 acres of open space, with award-winning parkland, its own station and Blackheath Village a short walk away.
At its heart is Cator Park, a vibrant river of colour, meadow flowers and wild landscaping winding through the village. It won the Sir David Attenborough Award for Enhancing Biodiversity and the President's Award at the 2020 Landscape Institute Awards, and more than 750 mature trees have been planted with the London Wildlife Trust.
The Village Centre on Pegler Square has a Sainsbury's Local, The Depot pub and dining, Starbucks and a farmers' market on the first Sunday of the month, with Kidbrooke station alongside.

The Blackheath Collection
In a cosy collection of just nineteen, these four-bedroom townhouses are architecturally designed to slot into the rhythms of contemporary family living.
Three storeys on a mews-style street, each with private driveway parking at the front and a private garden behind. The whole of the ground floor is one open-plan living space, with chevron oak floors, a Bosch kitchen with a breakfast bar, and sliding doors to the garden.

A walk along the avenue
The mews-style street is edged with blossoming trees, a safe, pleasant place where you can say hello to neighbours or stroll along to the park.
Every principal bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, and the kitchens have a marble-effect worktop and splashback, an integrated wine cooler and a gold tap. Townhouse owners also have exclusive access to the Blackheath Quarter Clubhouse.
The Blackheath Collection
The Blackheath Collection is a short scenic walk from Blackheath Village, and an even shorter distance from North Cator Park.
A low-rise building of six floors, where every apartment has a private terrace or balcony and access to the private podium garden. Interiors are by Interieur London, with Silestone worktops, Bosch appliances and a wine cooler.

A secret garden created just for you
Residents in The Blackheath Collection Apartments have access to the Podium Garden, a beautiful serene space exclusively for their relaxation. Beneath the dappled shade of the birch trees, there are seating areas, play spaces and a nature trail to explore.
Apartment 2-1-8 is on the first floor, with its balcony looking out over the garden.
The Nature Collection
Waterlily Court sits alongside South Cator Park, giving it a prime position for enjoying the emerald in the Kidbrooke Village crown.
Every apartment has a balcony or patio, and the podium garden is really a park within a park, with cherry trees, silver birches, grasses and lavender. Kidbrooke originally meant "the brook where kites were seen", and three ancient streams still run through the area.

Your space
Friends for supper, drinks on the balcony, quiet evenings at home. Waterlily Court is designed for how you live.
Apartment E1.00.03 is on the ground floor, with a patio running the full width of the home: the living room and both bedrooms open straight onto it, facing the park.
Living here
Whether you want to relax in the pool, get active in the gym or do a spot of work, the residents-only Clubhouse at the Blackheath Quarter caters for it all.

Location
Kidbrooke station is on site, with London Bridge sixteen minutes away. Blackheath, one of London's oldest villages, is a fourteen-minute walk or one stop on the train, and Greenwich and the 275-acre heath are close by.
Kidbrooke Village may feel like the countryside, but it is definitely part of London as well.
